05 — Why Prism

We build software that
outlasts the engagement.

Most firms disappear after the final invoice. We don't. Our contracts are structured around knowledge transfer, documented systems, and ongoing governance—because client teams should be empowered to operate independently, not indefinitely reliant on us.

Operating from London with a dedicated Nigeria hub, we bring the governance expectations of UK enterprise clients and the on-the-ground fluency of West African institutional operations to every engagement.

UK engineering standards applied to African complexity

From union salary schedules to multi-cooperative deduction chains, we build to the rigour demanded by British enterprise clients—and apply that same standard in West Africa.

GDPR-aligned data governance

As a UK-registered company we apply GDPR principles to all client data, regardless of geography. Your institutional data is never leveraged, shared, or retained beyond agreed terms.

No vendor lock-in—ever

You own your data entirely. Full exports, documented APIs, and a thorough handover process ensure you are never operationally dependent on us.

Post-launch support as standard

Every contract includes 12 months of structured support, administrator training, and documentation review. We remain reachable long after go-live.

Four to six weeks to deployment

Most institutions are fully operational within 4–6 weeks. We run phased onboarding workshops so staff adoption rates are strong from day one.
